Can't sign in?

Because only you hold the keys to your memories, there are two very different paths.

• I have my Recovery KeySet a new password. Everything stays.
• I'm still signed in on another deviceOpen Memo there, go to Settings → Security and choose "Set a new password".
• I've lost my password and Recovery KeyYou can reset the account, but every memory in it will be permanently erased.
